Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

1 Comment 30 January 2007

My 68th birthday cake was prepared from the celiac-friendly chocolate cake mix provided by Bob’s Red Mill. Everyone in my family loved it, and there were people there from ages 3 to 70. Everyone knew that I am gluten free and was most probably serving a "diet food cake". That didn’t stop them. There weren’t even any crumbs to take home! It was delicious. 1. Hello!

I wanted to drop you a note to introduce my website to you. As a classically trained pastry chef, I create hand made gluten free cakes as a part of my services. I have many customers with Celiac’s and thought it might be thoughtful to let the visitors to this website know about it.

    Many thanks,

    Lori Blethen
