The phrase “Wheatless in Seattle” is obviously attractive to celiacs and all those who embrace the gluten free life-style. The DaVinci Bakery and Café appears to be a worthy home for chef Kaili McIntyre, creator of this wonderful approach to gluten free dining. Reading the Seattle Times review of this restaurant makes me want to ignore the rain and schedule a trip to Seattle. Café Flora seems like a great restaurant with many items labeled gluten free and/or vegan. I hope someone will check out their website, dine at this fine restaurant, and let me know if it is as good as it looks. The Flying Apron Bakery looks like a wonderful for a snack or light lunch featuring great bakery products. Everything is wheat free and vegan; most items are gluten free. Be sure to visit both locations — each one has a distinct ambience. Lombardi’s Neighborhood Italian Restaurants has three locations in the Seattle. Their site states that a gluten free menu is available upon request. Click here to find the best location for your dining experience. As you may have guessed, I reviewed websites in this post — I have not yet had the opportunity to visit these restaurants. I hope that someone who has will give me first hand information by using the COMMENTS button in the lower right corner of the post or e-mailing me at glutenfreeceliac@gmail.com. Just wanted to let you know that we have been selling Gluten Free Pizza in Bothell, WA (a suburb just NE of Seattle) since March.

Wonderful!
I have a gluten, & dairy allergy. This restaurant is absolutely superb! I went for the first time last Saturday and ordered a gluten/dairy free waffle! It was the tastiest waffle I've ever had! (Even compared to the ones with white flour!) The ambience in the restaurant is so pleasant. They are mostly vegetarian with vegan choices and gluten free and dairy free choices. They also are "Green" ordering from local places as opposed to trucking things in. Try it! You'll love it!

I just wanted to know what restaurant Krissy in Renton was referring to. I have been looking for a restaurant with GF waffles, pancakes, breakfast, etc for a long time. Thanks!
