		<description>I was diagnosed 4-years-ago. In just 4 years, information for people with Celiac disease has skyrocketed! Thank you so much for this site. I often wonder if I can eat at fast food places but haven&#039;t had enough information.

I do know that gluten-free food does not equal gluten-free meal. An employee at a local McDonalds told me that even when a fryer is designated gluten free, flour containing ingredients fall into it.</description>
