Try this idea for simplifying your shopping for wheat free and gluten free food. The list below includes eight of America’s leading manufacturers of "our kind of food". Go to their web-site, find what you are looking for, then look at the manufacturer’s list of local outlets. Find out which one offers you the better deal. (Remember that a shipping charge will be added to your on-line order.) I suggest that you copy of the appropriate page and take it on your shopping trip so that you will be certain that you have found exactly the same item. This system has two big advantages: you’re making decisions in the comfort of your home, and you’re reading a page that is designed to be readable. I suspect that most of the ingredients lists you see in the store are designed to be ignored. OK, here is a list of America’s leading producers of wheat and gluten free food. Click on the name to manufacturer to go their home page; this is the best place to start browsing. You may be able to find a local retailer on that same page. In the cases where this is not possible, I have included an additional link.
