Yesterday, I enjoyed delicious bread prepared with "Gluten Free Hearty Whole Grain Bread Mix". If I had not seen it being prepared, I would have said "No Thanks". It did not taste gluten free. I recommend this site for all your baking. They have a big selection of gluten free mixes and — for those of you who are lucky enough to live in the Portland, Oregon area — a restaurant that will prepare any of its delicious sandwiches on gluten free bread.
