While searching for gluten free soy sauce, I found a site that will benefit all of us. It’s called Minimus.com and this link will take you to its home page. After that, you will need to move to the appropriate section of site (using the buttons on the left) and then scroll down until you find something worth looking at. The search engine will tell if an item is NOT available on the site, but that is about all it can do. Almost all the foods listing have a complete and very readable ingredients list. You will find lots of wheat free cereal but no cereals that are gluten free. Gluten free soy sauce is in the condiments section, of course. It is the only item on the site labeled gluten free but there were others that contain only gluten free ingredients.
