Anheuser-Busch recently energized the celiac community by releasing Redbridge, a gluten free wheat free beer brewed from sorghum. The web site looks great and I was delighted to find out that it is available at my two favorite gluten free restaurants. I’ll be eating in one of them soon and then I’ll offer my opinion about the taste.
