I recently received a gift of bread that tasted exactly like the rye bread I enjoyed in my pre-celiac days. I discovered to my joy that caraway seeds impart the flavor of genuine rye bread and that the Gluten Free Pantry provides a wonderful mix for preparing it. Rye-style bread does not qualify as a Christmas tradition, I guess. But that gift was one of the highlights of my Christmas experience.
