Gluten Free Holiday Pie

I prepared my traditional holiday pie this year using the Almond Meal provided by Authentic Foods and the recipe included on the package. The crust tasted great and was not difficult to cut. The non-celiacs at our Thanksgiving feast seemed to be enjoying it as much as I did. My only reservation is that the package directions produced a very thin crust. The next time (and there certainly will be a “next time”) I’ll increase each ingrdient by ten percent. Enjoy your next holiday feast!
